2.1 Account Information

• Name — your first and last name provided during registration
• Email address — used for authentication, communication, and account recovery
• Password — stored as a cryptographic hash; we never store your plaintext password

2.2 Meta API Tokens

If you connect your Meta (Facebook) ad account, we store your API access token. This token is encrypted at rest and is used solely to retrieve your ad account data for analysis within Creative Spy. We do not store your Meta password.

2.3 Usage Data

• Pages visited and features used within the platform
• Credits consumed and generation history
• Device type, browser type, and general location (country/region)
• Log data such as access times and IP addresses

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Creative Spy service
• Retrieve and analyze your ad data via the Meta Marketing API
• Generate AI-powered prompts, analyses, and recommendations
• Generate AI-powered images based on your inputs
• Process transactions and manage your subscription
• Send service-related communications (account updates, security alerts, policy changes)
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following categories of third-party services to deliver our product:

• Meta (Facebook) Marketing API — to retrieve your ad account data for analysis. Your use of this integration is also subject to Meta's own data policies.
• AI Services — we use third-party artificial intelligence providers to power ad analysis, prompt generation, and image generation features. We share only the minimum data necessary with these providers to deliver the service.
• Payment Processing — payments are handled by third-party processors. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on US-based servers with industry-standard security measures, including:

• Encryption of sensitive data at rest (including API tokens and passwords)
• HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Restricted and logged access to production systems
• Regular security reviews and updates

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active. Analyses, generated content, and usage history are stored to provide you with ongoing access to your data within the platform.

Upon account deletion or upon your request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain information.
